Very late yesterday we needed to get some documents up to the High Court and whilst the client was away signing the affadavits we rang Urgent. Your courier Lukas had arrived and was waiting by the time the client arrived so we popped the documents in an envelope and sent him up to the High Court. He only had around 4 minutes to get up there before 5.00pm and he made it! And we’re extremely happy that the top-notch service we get from Urgent is outstanding as ever so thanks to all the team.

I have dealt with Naresh regarding the urgent delivery of documents. Naresh has maintained good client contact with us, negotiated a favourable rate and ensured the packages were collected. Over the two days we have had many false starts and issues in collating these documents. Dealing with Urgent Couriers and their staff has been the highlight in a stressful exercise. Jamie here, we use urgent as our courier company. I have always called through to your number with fingers crossed that I will get Kylie on the other end. On my first day here she helped me out with the process of getting everything set up and good to go and since then has been a guaranteed 'Pick Me Up' as she has the warmest phone manner I am yet to come accross. Please at the very least give Kylie a high five from me but what she really deserves is a raise and a trip to the tropics!

I have been using the online booking system for a while now and it's great and a user-friendly system! When I need to book a job over the phone, the customer services crew are friendly too. Urgent is an awesome service all round, drivers are professional and efficient in getting here and items are delivered on time and communication is great if there are any delays.

The driver that picked up my job E7549T did not have the replacement courier stickers I requested when I booked my job. He went the extra mile of flagging another driver down and returning quickly to make sure I received them. This level of customer service is something you dont get to see much these days and this gesture although small speaks volumes as a representative of your company.
